Dry Seasoning Rub


Prairie Horizons Steak Dry Rub

  • 2 Tablespoons Kosher salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Black pepper, ground
  • 2 Tablespoons Smoked paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Coriander, ground
  • 1 Tablespoon Red pepper flakes

Mix together. Rub into both sides of steak, about 1 Tablespoon per pound.
Let rest to absorb flavors 1-2 hours before cooking.
