Prairie Horizons Steak Dry Rub
- 2 Tablespoons Kosher salt
- 2 Tablespoons Black pepper, ground
- 2 Tablespoons Smoked paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander, ground
- 1 Tablespoon Red pepper flakes
Mix together. Rub into both sides of steak, about 1 Tablespoon per pound.
Let rest to absorb flavors 1-2 hours before cooking.
